Graham Electrical Installations is a family business operating throughout central Scotland.

We have over 30 years experience in the supply and installation of electrical systems to the domestic and commercial markets. Our skilled and friendly tradesmen strive to provide a professional service from concept to completion.

We provide many services, from small cable installations to full rewires in both domestic and business premises.

Electrical Repairs

Our team can diagnose, repair and test faulty cabling or equipment. We can also carry out upgrades to ensure your installation is safe and conforms to current legislation.

Network Installation

We provide data cabling installation services to both home and business users. This is a popular request due to more people working from home. A hard wired connection is also faster and more reliable than using a wireless internet connection.

Lighting Installation

Professionally installed lighting can change the look and feel of any property. Our experienced engineers can plan, design and install the correct lighting solution to suit your needs.

Smoke Alarm Installation

Due to current Scottish legislation, every home now requires interlinked smoke alarms. We can provide a free, no obligation survey. If required, our team can supply and install an affordable smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarm system.

Electrical Inspection/Testing

Ensuring your electrical appliances and wiring are safe and conform to current legislation, is extremely important. PAT Testing, emergency lighting installation/testing, landlord electrical safety checks and energy audits are some of the many services we offer.

Had some issues with some water coming in from the flat upstairs in my bathroom coming through the lights. Phoned Jim... and he came out right away to check if it was safe to be using in the meantime while we went through the home insurance. Once all resolved with them him and Andy came out very quickly on a day which suited my self and replaced the lights and fitted a new board for me. 10/10 service quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves would recommend.read more

Due to Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (Tolerable Standard) (Extension of Criterion) Order 2019, all smoke and heat alarms... must be interlinked and conform to BS EN 14604 and BS 5446-2 respectively, as of February 2022.GEI provide the solution with very competitively priced products and great customer service. Any issues I had were dealt with in a speedy and courteous manner.Highly recommend.read more
